Working with several brands
How switching works, and what never crosses from one brand to another.
Last updated 1 October 2026

A brand in Nomi is not a folder inside your account, it is the whole account as you see it: its own chats, its own library, its own products, its own memory. Switching brand switches all of it at once.
Switching
The brand you are in is the tile at the top of the rail, shown as its mark. Point at it, or press it, and a column of your other brands drops under it, one row for each brand you have a place in, with Add brand last. Pick a row to switch.
Picking a row re-scopes everything under it: the chats in the sidebar, the library, the products, the Brand page, what you follow in Radar. The choice is stored on your account, not in the browser tab, so it survives a reload and travels to any machine you sign in on.
While that happens the app is covered for a moment by the brand you picked, its mark with a ring filling around it, Switching to and its name underneath. The ring closes when the switch is done and the app comes back under it, already the other brand.
Adding another
Add brand is the last row of the same column, and it opens the flow that set your first one up: give it a link or two, and it reads the site and drafts the brand back to you. Closing the box does not stop it, it shrinks to a bar and keeps reading while you work. When it lands, the new brand is the one you are in. No site to give it? The box takes a name instead.
If a brand read is already running, choosing Add brand reopens that read. Minimising it lets you continue using the app while it finishes.
If the thing has only its own price and its own packaging, it is a product, not a brand. A product shares the DNA, the library and the learning of the brand it sits in. A second brand starts all of that from zero.
What never crosses
- Chats and everything in them.
- Creatives, uploads, folders and collections.
- Products and their markets.
- Brand DNA, personas and reference ads.
- Everything Nomi has learned about the brand.
- Radar follows, saves and folders.
Nomi cannot reach sideways either. Which brand it works in is fixed by the conversation, and neither of you can name another one in a message. Ask it for a product from another of your brands and it finds nothing, rather than the wrong one.
What is shared
- The plan and the credits: one wallet, and every brand draws on the same monthly allowance.
- Your own preferences: the language Nomi talks to you in, its tone, how much reasoning you see, when it asks before spending.
- People: a teammate joins the company first and sees nothing until you give them a brand, with a role on each.
Deleting a brand takes everything filed under it: chats, creatives, products, markets, personas, and everything Nomi has learned. No undo, no export. It sits at the foot of General on the Brand page, asks you to type the brand's name back, and only a brand admin can do it. Your last brand cannot be deleted.
