Visuals

Visual renders your product inside one of the ready-made scenes. It is a picture of the product, not an ad: no headline is promised, no price, no format.

How to ask for one

Type `/visual:` followed by the scene's name, then say in your own words what you want it to feel like. The render needs exactly one of the product's photographs, so name the photograph the picture should be built around.

The scene decides the shape of the picture, so the ratio you pick elsewhere does not apply here.

What it will not do

The scene writes its own instructions around your product, and they are not ours to read or change. In testing it often left out the copy that was asked for, and it sometimes drew brand elements that do not exist, including a wordmark of its own. Anything that has to carry words, a price or a claim belongs in an ad format, where the layout and the copy are held to the letter.

Check the picture before you use it: the product itself comes back faithfully at a large size, and small copies of it can lose the finer print.

What it costs

A visual is 15 to 25 credits, against 8 to 10 for an ad render, and it takes about two minutes rather than half a minute. A scene that fails or is refused by the scene's own moderation costs nothing.
