Product preview
Nomi has a small vocabulary, and nineteen words in it carry most of the product. Each one is defined here in a single sentence, in roughly the order you meet it.
Your brand and what you sell
- Brand is one company Nomi works for, holding its own DNA, personas, products, memory and creatives, and the brand tile at the top of the rail is how you move between them.
- Product is what an ad is actually selling, holding one row per market it sells in, because a price, an offer and a claim never cross a border.
- Document is a file the brand keeps: a knowledge source Nomi reads when it needs one, or a reference ad it reads for the look and never for the words.
- Brand DNA is everything Nomi treats as settled about your business and your look: what you sell, how you position it, what you charge and why, what you may never claim, your tone of voice, your palette, your type and your photography direction.
- Market is one country you sell a product in, holding its own name for the product, its own price, offer, claims and landing page, because Nomi never carries a price or an offer across a border.
When an ad comes back generic, the fix is almost always a thin Brand DNA or an unfinished market, not the sentence you typed.
Inside a session
- Session is one conversation, which needs no saving: everything it makes lands in the Library the moment the job exists.
- Space is the room a campaign's sessions share, holding the brief once so nobody retypes it into every message.
- Agent memory is what Nomi keeps about your brand between conversations, in folders you can open, correct and delete on the Brand page.
- Skill is how your brand wants a kind of thing made, written down once and read before every one after that.
- Routine is a prompt Nomi runs to a schedule on its own, which opens a new session each time and spends from the same balance.
- Engine is which of the two drawing tiers a picture is made on: Fast, about half a minute and the right call for most ads, or Quality, a little longer and 1.7 times the credits, for product shots and fine detail.
- Credit is the single unit every action is billed in, taken from one balance the whole team shares, and the month's allowance is always spent before any credits you bought.
What you end up with
- Creative is one finished picture, with the prompt that made it, the product and market it was filed under, and every version of it after an edit.
- Format is one of the sixty layouts an ad can be built in, each read frame by frame off real ads rather than described from memory.
- Campaign is what runs in your ad account: a budget, an audience and the ads under it, which Nomi reads and, on the accounts that have it, launches.
- Variant is a creative made from another one that sits beside it rather than replacing it: a resize into another shape, the same ad in another market's language, one of the three that Create variations makes, or a cut-out with the background removed.
- Collection is a named, colour-coded group in your Library, and it moves nothing: a creative stays where it was made and simply belongs to as many collections as you put it in.
- Folder is that same idea in Radar, over the competitor ads you saved rather than the ones you made.
An edit is not a variant: editing makes a new version of the same ad, so a listing shows you only the newest one, while a variant is something you keep beside the picture it came from.
