Plans and credits
What a credit buys, when the allowance resets, and what happens at zero.
Last updated 2 October 2026

One balance pays for everything Nomi does: the conversation, the pictures, the edits. There is no quota per feature, so a month of research and a month of twenty variants come out of the same number. This page says what each action costs, when the balance refills, and what happens at zero.
What an action costs
A button does not carry its price. The list below does, and a spend that asks first names its total in the question.
- A strategist turn is about 3 credits, metered on what it used to a tenth of a credit, so a quick question can cost 0.4 and deep research 20. While a reply runs, its cost so far sits beside the clock under it, and pointing at a finished reply shows its total beside the vote buttons. That total includes any brand research, deep research or product reading the reply ran; a creative you confirm on its card is charged as a draw instead.
- Drawing a new creative is 6, on top of the turn that asks for it, so a new picture lands at about 9.
- Editing one is 3.
- Resizing it to another format, or the same ad in another market's language, is 6 each time.
- Having Nomi read a whole brand and set it up is 75, quoted flat rather than metered.
Do not divide your allowance by one draw: a finished ad is usually a draw plus a few edits and a resize.
The plans
| Plan | Credits a period | Monthly | Annual, per month | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | 1,400 | €59 | €50 | 2 |
| Pro | 4,500 | €179 | €143 | 5 |
| Ultra | 11,500 | €449 | €336 | 15 |
Every plan runs the same product; they differ by volume, seats and top-up rate. People who can see the work but not make any of it are free and unlimited, and everyone shares one balance.
A seat beyond the plan's own can be bought by the account owner from Settings, Subscription: €15 a month on Essential, €14 on Pro and €12 on Ultra, and each one adds 500 credits to the month's allowance, so a bigger team is not sharing the same credits.
Picking one at the start
A new account meets the plans before anything else: you sign up, pick a plan on a page of its own, pay, and Nomi takes you straight into brand setup. Having Nomi read a brand costs 75 credits, which is why the plan comes first rather than after.
If you pressed a plan on the website before signing up, that choice comes with you and checkout opens as soon as the account exists.
An account the Nomi team sets up for you already carries its plan, so your first sign-in goes straight to brand setup instead of the plans.
A preview
Some accounts start as a preview: someone at Nomi reads your brand, makes a few ads with it and sends you a link. Opening the link and picking a password makes the account yours, with the ads in Library, the conversation that made them, and 120 credits to try Nomi on your own brand for 14 days.
When the credits or the days run out, everything you made stays. Pick a plan to keep going, or book a call from Settings, Subscription.
When the allowance resets
Your allowance is a period, not a calendar month, and it is anchored on your own day of the month rather than the 1st. Subscribe on the 16th and your credits refill on the 16th. A period starting on the 31st lands on the last day of a short month, then returns to the 31st.
Unused allowance does not roll over. Each period's credits are for that period.
On an annual plan
An annual plan hands over twelve months of credits on the day it starts, and the next refill is a year later. Essential annual is 16,800 at once rather than 1,400 a month, so the balance you are looking at is the year's. Spend it in March and there is no refill until the anniversary.
Nothing paces an annual balance for you, and nothing warns you when it is going faster than a year. Divide by twelve if you want a monthly figure to work to.
Topping up
You can buy credits at any point, in packs of 500, 1,500, 4,000 or 10,000, at €0.05 each or €0.045 on Ultra. Bought credits belong to no period and never expire, though they need an active subscription to spend. The allowance is always spent first, so the credits that would have vanished go before the ones that keep.
When you run out
Generation stops and nothing else does. Your sessions, your brands and your Library stay exactly as they are. Top up, or move up a plan.
You are told before it happens. Under 100 credits, roughly eleven new pictures, a line under the message field reads Low on credits and offers Top up, and it reads Out of credits once the balance is gone. Your balance is always in the account menu, your picture at the foot of the rail.
Cancelling is the same. You keep the plan to the end of the period you paid for; after that generation stops and everything you made stays in the Library. Credits you had bought are locked rather than deleted, and come back the moment the subscription does.
By default Nomi only asks before a spend over 200 credits, and nothing above costs that much: a draw, an edit and a resize go through on one press. Change the ceiling under Confirm before spending in Settings, where Always asks every time.
